As with all our apps, you can more easily install qBittorrent Portable and keep it automatically updated with the PA.c Platform. Plus your data is in a consistent place. And paths are modified for you as you move around. And you don't need to read a manual on how to make every app portable since every app is different. We also remove the PDB file ahead of time since there's not much call for debugging in portable mode.
If you'd like to do it all manually and aren't worried about apps leaving bits behind, this may not be the site for you.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
Problem that people like the platform, but some apps are launched first since there are others behind.
For me PeaZip is an example because it takes forever to update.
Now let's say LibreOffice which is a cool app should take a long time to compile it out faster.
You can report outdated apps and follow along with their progress in the Outdated Apps Thread here: https://portableapps.com/development/outdated
For future reference, you can find it linked in the Development and Support sections of the site.

Noted. Thank you.
qBittorrent can be poratable bij it self. Just read this https://github.com/qbittorrent/qBittorrent/wiki/How-to-use-portable-mode
btw file qbittorrent.pdb is not needed to run qBittorrent, can be deleted
Same for a lot of other apps, ppl should read manuals more often
