So browser itself updates weekly but why Software reporter tool doesn't get updated, why?

Unlike Firefox's updater, which is portable, Chrome's is not. To automatically update, you can use the PortableApps.com Platform as the majority of users do.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
last week (saturday) deleted old reporter tool (folder had old and new versions) and ran sumo again, no report on reporter and this week after updating chrome portable sumo reported that reporter was outdated (only 1 in folder). so either google doesn't send you full "specs" or something else.
after over 3 years I'm beginning to think that it's 1st case.
