A new version of Ditto Portable has been released. Ditto is an extension to the standard windows clipboard. It saves each item placed on the clipboard allowing you access to any of those items at a later time. Ditto allows you to save any type of information that can be put on the clipboard: text, images, HTML, and more. It's packaged in PortableApps.com Format so it can easily integrate with the PortableApps.com Platform. And it's open source and completely free.

Features
Ditto extends your keyboard and remembers your copies between sessions and between PCs. A left click brings up the clips menu. A right click allows you to configure Ditto and turn it on and off as well as exit. The clip window is even themable.
PortableApps.com Installer / PortableApps.com Format
Ditto Portable is packaged in a PortableApps.com Installer so it will automatically detect an existing PortableApps.com installation when your drive is plugged in. It supports upgrades by installing right over an existing copy, preserving all settings. And it's in PortableApps.com Format, so it automatically works with the PortableApps.com Platform including the Menu and Backup Utility.

Download link on homepage is wrong.
Download link on the app homepage seems to be for v3.24.121 rather than 3.24.214.
(Manually adjusting download URL seems to work - and download does then match MD5 on homepage.)
