Chromium browsers are never fully portable, and Google are constantly making it harder to make them portable.
We likely won't release any more Chromium browsers until one of them makes some progress towards being more portable.
but what i sent is not the normal chromium browser. maybe its possible to make it portable. there also is a portable version of it on portapps.io.
