Hello,
From where can I download "LibreOffice" portable version 7.1.7 or 7.1.8 not in .msi forma. The last one I downloaded and working is "LibreOfficePortable_7.1.6_MultilingualAll.paf.exe" file.
Cannot use 7.2.2, (nor 7.2.1), it has some bug in the 'Calc' toolbar I wrote them long ago in previous versions.
Answers will be appreciated.

You could normally download old version from the LibreOffice archive here: https://downloadarchive.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/old/
However, on checking myself before posting this it seems that there are no archives of 7.1.7 or 7.1.8 Portable. I would suspect the reason to be that no LibreOffice Portable was ever produced for those versions.
Edit: John Haller is currently building 7.1.8 Portable -- might be out in the next few days. (That said, he has been building it for ages): https://portableapps.com/development/outdated
Use Portable Apps on both Flash Drive and HDD/SSD.
