This app only runs on Windows 10 and 11
In the documentation, there was nothing written about newer Windows

Try writing MinOS=10 . Note that to verify that it works you will need to test it in a virtual machine with an operating system older than Windows 10.
Detecting and locking out Windows versions below 10/11 is not yet supported in PAL. You can do it manually via custom code, but my advice is to simply ignore it for now. List the system requirements on your app's thread topic when it's in testing.
