Export / Import Google Chrome Preferences / Settings

Let's say I want to have the same preferences / settings on the 2 folders of Google Chrome Portable.

What should I move between them?

I am not talking about cookies, favorites, etc...
Just about the settings in chrome://settings/.

You Can't

Google's settings are locked to a specific path on a specific PC. If you move them, Google Chrome resets them.

Google Chrome Setting

I thought they only do it for cookies and other private stuff. Not the settings of the Google Chrome.

So maybe something which is a feature only of PortableApps.
Is there a way to replace all the binary stuff of the programs? Like refresh which keeps the settings?

Settings

The full settings file of Chrome is reset on any change and has been for years. It's hashed and locked to a specific login on a specific Windows instance. The Chrome team set it up that way to combat 3rd parties changing the homepage.
