UPDATE: We settled on Dual Architecture and that has been used in the PA.c Platform for about a year now.
I'm thinking about changing the term I use to refer to portable apps that include both the 32-bit and 64-bit apps within them and automatically switch. Currently, I use the term "Dual Mode". Originally, I was going to call them "Universal" but Microsoft started using that for their UWP thing. I was considering "Dual Build" but regular end users may not know what build is. Also considering "Dual Version" but that could be confusing since some apps include an older version of the app for 32-bit users or pre-Windows 10 users. Lastly thought of "Dual Bit" since perhaps that makes more sense.
One reason I'm asking now is that the feature will be appearing in the PA.c Platform shortly: https://i.imgur.com/1ckpi8T.jpg
So, thoughts on Dual Mode, Dual Build, Dual Version, Dual Bit? Have another term that might work?
Thanks for your thoughts!
Other Possibilities: Hybrid, Composite, Compound, Combo, Combined, Dual Architecture
Mode or Build or Version is sound and safe. Not sure what else you would call it other than 32/65 Duel mode, build version. As long as the explanation follows you should be safe.
I think of Composite or (better) Hybrid.. Also, new terms should not sound weird if translated!
A bit busy right now, I'll search for something else in a Thesaurus dictionary..EDIT#1:
Offline 16 bit app (Bibliorom Larousse) → versatile, combined, heterogeneous, harmonious..
www.thesaurus.com → twin, compound..
It will be more confusing if the whole sentence is changed.EDIT#2: Thinking wisely, Hybrid Architecture also looks modern and more explanatory.

Combined 32&64 bit Version
Looking at the screenshot you provided, do you think it would be good to include an option to allow PA.c to prompt the user whether or not to install the 32-bit or 64-bit versions?
Try the latest FileZilla build. It exactly offers that. I think, there are more to come. The times are changing (partly because more and more 32bit versions are EOL and 32bit machines suffer the same fate).
I think they're asking if the PA.c Platform is gonna ask users directly via a popup rather than it just being in the settings. At present, I think it will just be in the settings.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
x86/x64
x86/x64 is self-explanatory, especially as I've already seen it used for installers that swing both ways.
++ for this. Simple & to the point.
dual architecture is more intuitive for folks who are dummies or so.
john said it's running sice a year, can stay, i think.
i help where i can! maybe you can help (me) too! see in my account under 'track' for my conservations/threads. be nice!
if you don't want to help, don't post crap!
just saw.
what about: architecture overlapping, infringing, spanned, overlapped, trespassing or what is the most suitable english word?
had to as a native speaker.
john will know.

"Hybrid" sounds good and is user-friendly. "Combo" is also casual and easy to understand. Just make it clear for users
