Paint.Net portable will run on 32 bit Windows 7 or not?

On your Paint.Net download page, it says that Paint.Net 5.0.13 requires Windows x64.

However in the system requirements section, it suggests that it will work with Windows 7 (with platform update).

System Requirements: Windows 10, 11 (64-bit Only)
(Windows 7 [with Platform Update], 8.1, 10 (32-bit): 4.3.12)
App License: Freeware (Personal and Business Use)

Does this mean that a 32 bit computer running 32 bit Window 7 Pro will run this program if I install the Platform Update? Or am I misunderstanding this?

The main paint.NET download

The main paint.NET download will only run on Windows 10 or 11.

The legacy paint.NET download (click on the 4.3.12 link on that line) will run on Windows 7 if you install the Platform Update.

I added a "Legacy Download" label to that section of Download Details to make it a little clearer.
