How to find and download an older version of some portable app, in my case an older portable Opera browser version? Doesn't portableapps.com have this feature?

Freeware like Opera we host on our own servers, which costs money. We don't keep old versions available, except for the legacy v12 and v36 versions which are linked on the Opera Portable page.
So, I've installed an older version of Opera portable from filehorse website? Is it trusted?
If it's digitally signed from Rare Ideas, LLC, then yeah. What version are you trying to use and why? Generally it's a bad idea as it'll have security issues.
