Does LibreOffice portable come with jPortable?

If I install LibreOffice portable via the PA platform, will it also automatically install jPortable? If not, where can I get jPortable?

The Platform Includes Everything
  1. No, it doesn't.
  2. Use the Platform to install Java (JPortable). LibreOffice will need the 32 bit version while other apps may need the 64 bit one.

Can I install both, or do I have to pick one? And what does the jPortable Launcher do?

    Separate

It's a separate download. You can download jPortable 32-bit and install it alongside. If you do it in the PA.c Platform, all placement is handled for you. If you're doing it manually, it explains the directory layouts in the app notes: https://portableapps.com/apps/utilities/java_portable#app-notes
