Description:

KolourPaint is a simple painting program to quickly create raster images. It is useful as a touch-up tool and for simple image editing tasks.

I desperately want a 32-bit Windows Version of this (for using it on any PC) and I do not know how to do this Craft, KDevelop, or Qt Creator (I have managed to make 64-bit MSVC version with Craft, but I am completely lost when it comes to other methods; I do not know how to code).
