MP3 to MP3 (want to decrease bitrate for audiobooks from 256k to 32k)
Will Audacity do batch conversions?
Audacity works fine with wav->mp3 (and visa versa)
Would not let me open a .wma
I don't know about the suggested "lame"
If someones knows for sure please chime in.
Also, not sure where to get the aforementioned
