i installed Oo on my usb an i can see all apps. i can open them too, but it looks like this:

I know OO is a very large program, but I would download a fresh copy of OOP and try again. I would also completely delete your \PortableApps\OpenOfficePortable folder before you tried to reinstall.

Repost if that does not work. It might take someone smarter than me to help you figure it out. You might also take a look at OpenOffice.org forums also, as it might not be a "portable" issue.

it´s an standart/legal win-xp inst. i don´t think, that Oo uses other sorts of fonts.
