I would really hope to find this 3D drawing program some where online but can't find it anywhere. Maybe someone here can help me

License: I'm not sure, dont know that much of computers, but there are two versions to download, one free, and one pro version. So I guess you'd call it freeware??

With it's license, you can't distribute modified copies of the archive, i.e. you can't include a launcher.

so why not just release a launcher ALONE? like w/google earth?

I understand the whole issue of not being able to distribute certain programs, or another program with their name/icon due to the license. But how about the code? For example, if I wanted a launcher for this program, but don't know how to write it, can someone else write it, and I just compile it using the name and icon? Or is that also against the license agreement?

the batch file to do this was never released.

so ask msvalente24 for the batch file to do this. He only posted once, so if someone could contact via email... probably won't know if he gets a pm.
I doubt it was done in a truly machine independent manner via batch files.

Modifying registry files to suit the startup drive are certainly beyond my batch file capabilities.

it is not compatible w/google earth, google 3d warehouse, etc.
