If I only need OpenOffice's: Writer, Calc, Impress what should I do to leave only these apps in the package?

removing "parts" from OO isn't worth the effort. You don't save much space.
Search around and you'll see what I mean.

Yeah,John, the owner of this site tried it, and found that it only reduced the size by a couple of megabytes.
MBs may not be the driving force for the request. Reducing the clutter in the menu for things you have no use for may be more important and should be considered.

You can already do this. If you don't want OO Draw. Just delete the OpenOfficePortableDraw.exe launcher with the menu closed.
