Are localizations possible?

I use OpenOffice in Spanish quite abit, is it possible to make a multilingual or spanish version portable? (I don't have any programming skills, but if there is any other way i could help i would be willing)

Spanish version

I could create a spanish version or You could localize the en version as described at
https://portableapps.com/apps/office/openoffice_portable.

The localized version will have a bigger size than the en and de version.
