OpenSSH Portable?

Is it possible to make OpenSSH portable?
I'm aware that the ssh server is implemented as windows service. Is it possible to make it portable?
Can anyone give some clue?

Thanks

Yes, PuTTY is a good ssh client tool. But it doesn't include a SSH server. I hope the SSH server could also be portable.

You need admin rights to

You need admin rights to start/stop a program as a service and to me that's not truly "portable"...even if it's running from a thumbdrive.
