I installed tremulous to the drive and when I went to the menu, it would not run. I get this error:
tremulous 1.1.0 win_mingw-x86 Feb 28 2006
----- FS_Startup -----
Current search path:
H:\/base
----------------------
0 files in pk3 files
----- CL_Shutdown -----
-----------------------
Couldn't load default.cfg
When I launch it directly from the drive, it works.
I also attempted to install to the desktop, and move the files over to the drive. Same exact thing. It is portable. It launches from the drive and works correctly, but I get this error when I launch from the menu. Any thoughts?

could u post the file structure of the drive from the root to the program folder? Or maybe link me to the download u used so I can see if I can get it to work.
How do I determine what version of the menu I am using? I think probably the most recent, I downloaded the menu within the past 6 weeks or so...
The download I used was the .exe at http://tremulous.net/files/
If you downloaded right off the Suite page, you downloaded the original, if you downloaded a newer version from the Beta Testing forums, then the reason it's not working may be the working directory bug, did you download a version of the PortableApps Menu form the Beta Testing forums on this site?

Wow, that signature totally got old.
no, i downloaded the original, not the beta
ahhh, something new. also, battle for wesnoth (downloaded from the official site) does not launch from the menu, but it works fine when i browse to it and launch from the drive. interestingly, megamario portable and transcendence work fine from the menu.
anything new on this?
I'll try to re-create it later, can you privde me with links to the two programs that won't launch from PAM?

The tremulous link is above. The wesnoth link is at http://www.wesnoth.org/ (development version, although I get the same result with the stable version) Thank you!
