Looking for a compatible chat client

This problem has been resolved.

Okay, I tried using Trillian for my flash drive using the tutorial found at http://TrillianAnywhere.com but I had bad luck since it doesn't want to save my preferences.

I was wonder if Miranda IM or GAIM would be able to read an .XML buddy list already made from Trillian.

Thank you,
Alendar

Why?

Doesn't every service now maintain buddy lists within the actual service now? I know AOL does (including aliases) as any changes I make to my local copy of Gaim's buddy list show up on my portable one. And I believe MSN and Yahoo do, too.

I haven't imported or exported a buddy list in about 5 years.

Yes, that is ture but...

It only gets the setup from AIM, YIM, and MSN but I didn't setup my buddy list the way I like it on those clients I set it up on Trillian. I will try and see if the Trillian buddy list is compatible with GAIM.

Thank you,
Alendar

Ok, I added Gaim but...

It seems that the buddy lists aren't compatible. Any suggestions?

Thank you,
Alendar

Okay...

Sorry for triple posting but I organized my buddy list manually.

Great work John! Keep it up!

Thank you,
Alendar
