Its a Free, Open source On-Screen Recorder, and I would just like it to be portable. It shouldnt be too hard to make it portable for those who know what they are doing, but I dont :/

By using the Search function on the top right corner of this site, you would have easily discovered CamStudio has already been made portable and is in the PortableApps.comFormat.
The application is located in the "Beta Testing" forum, and was recently replied to, so should be on the first page. It is planned to be updated the newest version when the non-portable version is released.

If you notice all the different executable's for CamStudio showing up in the menu, a feature to hide them or categorize them will hopefully be coming in the next version of the PortableApps Menu, if you do use it.
Or you can try "PortableApps Menu Mod r12" also in the beta forums.
