Another one I'd mentioned a LONG time ago and hadn't thrown out there. This is Eraser, a secure file-deletion utility that can be used to fully wipe files or entire drives.
This one has a few registry entries that needed handling in multiple registry hives with different user-level permissions, but it should properly handle them all.
(link removed)
Please give it a try and post your feedback.
Thanks,
John
UPDATE (Pre-Release 2): Added in a file I left out of the installer package. Handled an additional registry key.
at least some weight will be taken off my shoulders, I will test this one later, also got any more you have not unveiled yet?

important eraser.dll (downloaded the Eraser [non-portable]installer extracted it and put the .dll in my port version), also I found a stray registry key left behind (my crappy version was not run on the computer neither was there a local install):
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.ers
BTW I have admin privs on the comp I ran it on.
As for the Erasing, everything went OK

Handled the other registry key and added in the file I left out of the installer. Verified to work on clean systems (like a default/patched Windows 98SE install).
