Although the RSS feeds work fine in the desktop TB 2.0.0 and prior, on the thumb drive the folders are seen but no feeds are ever active. Wonder what the is trick to activate when using various public computers? (Searched through several pages in the forum for RSS and didn't see a direct question/answer.)

working all right for me....
Interesting for it didn't work for me on two trips out of country each one being over a month long and tried numerous times. That's why I thought it might be a needed setting in each of the computers where the thumb drive was plugged into -- or perhaps a setting to specifically activate RSS on the thumb drive.
Don't have a drive set up at this moment so can't retest -- Perhaps you have a setting on your thumb drive? Or on the various computers you are using with your thumb drive -- assuming the one you plug into does not have Thunderbird and you are strictly using the setup on the thumb.
A bit late, but should anyone else in need be reading this thread, I uninstalled TB and reinstalled using TB 2.0.0.5 from the portable site, then copied over my TB profile from the hard disk and RSS is working fine. Who knows why it didn't the prior two times -- will see what happens towards year end when I start over!
