Idea:
Make a toolbox with a usefull tools like:
- a disk cleaner
- treesize
- etc etc.

There are a number of tools that might fit your bill here:

Keep in mind that many are not strictly "Portable", but are instead merely "Mobile" (while you don't have to install them, they may write to the Registry)
