Is there a stand alone portable task list manager application out there?
Many are mentioned, such as GSoft's, yet I haven't found a stand alone task manager.

Process Viewer. I'm not sure if it leaves nothing behind, but is really good and at least works

I am looking for a organizational tool not OS utility. Tasks as in TO-DO preferable capable of using the two level priority (e.g. Covey).

Personally, I use the Palm Desktop (closed source, free download) for my todos, but that, like most other apps you will find, integrates todo's with calendars and other PIM functions.
