Where's the best place to post a question relating to the menu? The individual portable apps have their own forums, but there isn't one for the menu itself. It isn't an Other App, I'm sure. 
Briefly, I get an error when trying to run StartPortableApps.exe or PortableAppsMenu.exe on Windows 2000 SP4. They work fine on XP Professional, and the apps in the suite are fine on 2000 if I run them directly from their folders. The error message isn't very helpful, so I need to know if there's any more information I can gather.

Actually there is a PAM forum: https://portableapps.com/forums/support/portableapps_menu
That is fixed in the latest PAM Beta.
