And a few other things. OOo 2.4 is AFAIK slated for release in March 2008, so I hope someone will find time to portableize 2.3 some time soon.
Currently downloading the portable 2.2.1 for updating my suite. Will then try to apply the .docx patch, let's see what gives.

as you might see in my post at the bottom of that page.
seems to be the most recent thing one can get hold of. If I knew there's a release version 2.3 (or a 2.4 beta, for that matter) inside, I'd be glad to download and test it. For now, I don't know if TR2 is a Portableapps release candidate number, or an OOo number. If I had something faster than .5 Mbit I'd just fetch it and see.

We will discuss the new OOo version next week when John will have finished the all the other work.
The TR2 is a development release on the base of OOo 2.3.0.
A portable release of OOo 2.3.1RC1 is not planed at the moment. But could be that the next portable release (RC and final) will based on the 2.3.1 final.
