This sight only does free open source software for now. Freeware has been promised but it's not here yet. So Quickbooks really doesn't fit the criteria for what this sight can legally do. Sorry but try GNU cash from the apps page. It's a very good alternative.
You would make a launcher with a program called NSIS. Any program you can download here has it's launcher source included in the source folder. {AppNameHere}.nsi. If you want to read that the easiest thing to use is Notepad++ (available on this sight) because it has syntax highlighting. But they can be opened just with notepad or wordpad your choice. Look at some apps's launcher codes. Maybe you could become a developer here.
