Unfortunately It isn't possible to create a portable Opera Browser on this site. These constrains are due to licensing issues. This site only portabilizes OpenSource Software, so nobody (in this site) will do it (and who does is in big troubles
).
Please consider OpenSource alternative as Firefox (to which you can add addons and themes to look like opera).
I also advice you to see the site Opera@USB, that makes a portable version of Opera made with the authorization of the Opera Software Company that was NOT made by this site.
I also must request you to read the Un-official Request Apps Guidelines and the Un-official PortableApps.com FAQ and to search the forums before posting as this as already been asked several times.
