I just installed Portapps and Thunderbird on my USB Stick.
On my Desktop I have Thunderbird 1.5
The Emails are stored on a extra drive E:.
I copied the profile and the mail Folder as described here https://portableapps.com/support/thunderbird_portable#local_profile
But when I start Thunderbird there is just the account creation not my settings and emails.
Is it not possible to go from 1.5 to 2.0 so easy?
Or is there something wrong because of my split saving of the Emails on a extra drive?
OS is WXP Pro.

did you put the email data? (i mean the folder where the emails are in)
And about the 1.5 to 2.0 switch: I don't know. Sometimes there seem to be problems, but sometimes it seems to work. Maybe the best thing is to download the last 1.5 version, import your mails/settings, check is it works, and then update to 2.0. But I suggest making a backup copy of the 1.5 version so if the update to 2.0 doesn't work you don't have to import again to have a clean setup.
