John I wanted to apologize for the bumps. I have to admit, I've never actually read the forum guidelines. Anyways I won't do it again.
I did notice several of my posts disappeared yesterday that weren't bumps though. Do you know anything about those? I mean I would post and it appeared to go through right, then I would go back to the recent posts page and they wouldn't be there.
It's not a problem. A lot of people miss that. That's why a bump is supposed to be deleted and a gentle reminder added to the main post. If an admin here isn't doing that, it's our fault... and I apologize for that.
As to the other ones, I'm not sure. I don't see anything from you in unpublished content or unpublished comments, so I'm not sure. I know I didn't remove anything. Any other mods?

I, actually are us mods going to get a link to the comments back as we could republish stuff?
I was wondering that the other day. I can't even remember the URL if we do have access but it's just not in the menu.
Well I deleted the reply that said,
"a shameless bump" with a smiley.
My thought was that by calling it a "shameless bump", with a smiley, that he knew he should not have done it an expected it to be deleted.
I did think to edit the OP with a comment:
]
[Shameless bump, Shamelessly deleted
But I thought that that might be snide and didn't want to rub it in.
But that does raise the question,
What do you do when the "bump" is not from a poster in the thread?
Where do you put the "please don't bump" message
Tim
