It does not seems to be repackaged legally, so I request you to remove that link.
It also uses Thinstall (from what I read), that may be incompatible with Microsoft license (I know that MS Licenses do not allow modification of MS products, and Thinstalling it may be, and should be, considered modifying).
And here we try to move away from proprietary apps like those, so we use alternative OSS software that we are surely safe that is legal to redistribute.
