Man, if there ever was an app that could go portable and is way better than e.g. Kompozer and Nvu, this is it!
Remember the good old Mozilla suite? That's been replaced with SeaMonkey, and they're always looking for developers and such in the community.
Pleez? You can go there, it's open source, it's freeware, whatever ...

make sure you use the 2x
the 1x series doesn't support the data switch the the launcher uses.
