Thunderbird v 2.0 not showing in u3 launchpad

I have downloaded Thunderbird portable to use with SanDisk U3, but i can not get it to appear on the launchpad and the only way to access it is through explore disk "N" which is the memorystick SanDisk. Can anyone help. How to launch it from the launchpad

The easiest way

is to install Thunderbird Portable as usual and use Smithtechs Shortcut Creator for U3 to make it appear in the U3 menu.
