I have installed extensions on this portable app, but now in 3.0.1 they have all disappeared. I'm not certain that moving to 3.x.x effected the loss.
Can someone help?

Try seeing if the /Data/Profile/extensions directory in your FFP folder is full of extensions. They will have weird folder names, such as {1dbc4a33-ea62-4330-966c-7bdad3455322}, {47e5a66c-0e35-11dc-8314-0800200c9a66}, etc. If they're not in there, try restoring from a previous portable apps ackup.

They all do appear to be there with names like you mentioned.
I might just trash this installation and start over: it doesn't have a ton of extensions.
