Right after my family got home from vacation, we started our xp and had 9 updates. After it updated we tried to rename a folder but it said,
"Renaming, moving, or deleting 'New Folder' could make some programs not work. Are you sure you want to do this?"

There must be a program in the folder, and it means exactly what it says. The updates had nothing to do with it.
It's your risk if you mess with it.
