Obviously somebody else has noticed this as well (I've been here all day), drupal's tracker is out of whack today. In the OT forum, at this time, I'm the last person who posted, but no matter how many refreshes, PTMB's post is marked new and my reply to it is not.
I can only guess that it's either something at rackspace, or something with Drupal.
Hm... RackSpace or Drupal...
Does anyone have an idea of what's going on????

What is wrong with the server time?
I experience another strange thing...I have forum on autorefresh every 90 seconds and return here every 5-50 minutes. Recently, most of the times I'm here I see that sb. posted 0 seconds before last refresh.

that auto-refresh puts a lot of load on the server...so I think it would be better to use a longer period if you don't really need a short one.

It's mostly text, FF caches images, a few KB every 90 seconds IF somebody posted (otherwise it's cached too, so maybe 1KB to check everything) isn't much, 1 MB daily? 100 000 users like me may be a problem, but I don't there's even close number of people autorefreshing.
As using different values for different sites is uncomfortable and times between my returns are highly variable, after 3 months of tweaking I decided that 90s is optimal for me.

It's a Drupal bug, I believe. Happens every now and then.
