Miranda Portable does not save message history to log

Hi everyone!

I have been wondering why Miranda does not log my message history properly (am only using the portable version) to my log for some time. Today I installed a plugin which gives me some plugin information and shockingly I had to recognize Miranda does obviously save my history to my TEMP folder. I have no idea how to fix this and hope you are able to help me. I hope the attached screenshot gives you all information you need in order to fix this annoying bug:

-> The log folder is just empty....

Thanks a lot already and best regards,

ERDi

RunLocally

You're using RunLocally, which is designed to be run from a CDROM drive (read only) so settings are not saved. Please read through the readme.txt for info on all the INI settings before setting them.

Thanks a lot, I hope it will work out fine from now on!

Actually I didn't modify this setting myself, it seems as if this was the default setting.

no

It cant be the default setting.
If you downloaded a copy from this website, the ini file is not in the root folder (MirandaPortable) but in (MirandaPortable/Other/Source).The launcher only uses the ini file if it is in the root folder.
