Version 3.4.x adds support for a second downloadable file in live installers (great for 32-bit + 64-bit dual mode apps), upgrades the bundled NSIS to 3.0 final, and adds high DPI support to the installer generator wizard. The PortableApps.com Format Specification has been updated to 3.4 to accommodate the second download.
