New App: WinDjView Portable 1.0.3 Released

WinDjView Portable 1.0.3 has been released. WinDjView is a fast, compact and powerful DjVu viewer for Windows with tabbed interface, continuous scrolling and advanced printing options. DjVu is a web-centric format and software platform for distributing documents and images. It's packaged in PortableApps.com Format so it can easily integrate with the PortableApps.com Suite. And it's open source and completely free.
