The Description above says Maxthon Portable 3.1.7.1000 the download is 3.1.8.1000 the hash on the download page says bd60b38df13d7777e18c1d7781f50923 but the file i downloaded MaxthonPortable_3.1.8.1000.paf.exe has the md5 hash of F8BF4C42F1F31ECCA8AD5B83A0FC4079 is the file i downloaded corrupted or is the wrong hash displayed on the download page

It was just wrong on the page. It was already fixed in the updater DB (so the platform would download, approve and install it) but the page hadn't been fixed.
