New: Shotcut Portable 20.06.28 (video editor) Released

Shotcut Portable has been released. It's a full-featured video editor packaged as a portable app so you can edit videos on the go. It's packaged in Format so it can easily integrate with the Platform. And it's open source and completely free.

Shotcut Portable is packaged in a Installer so it will automatically detect an existing installation when your drive is plugged in. Thanks for your work on this, mwayne. I made a couple fixes to the package. It no longer holds the Qt key as it could result in data loss in other Qt apps run at the same time. I added quotes to the passed Data path otherwise it didn't work in paths with spaces. I added a default projects directory to the user's Video path so they don't accidentally place them elsewhere. I also have the translations moved between the 32-bit and 64-bit paths to save 11MB of space.
