3GP or MP4 Converter

Hi everyone,
I love the Portable Apps, but i´d like if anyone make a 3gp or MP4 video converter. The VirtualDub don´t to it, and i can´t install any software in my company´s work computer.

tried this https://portableapps.com/node/10290 I don't know if it does 3GP but it does a lot of file formats. I only just tried it myself.

Yes

it does it...

If a packet hits a pocket on a socket on a port,
and the bus is interrupted as a very last resort,
and the address of the memory makes your floppy disk abort,
then the socket packet pocket has an error to report Biggrin
