Winlin

This might help with development. I was on sf.net, and found WinLin. The winlin project is the open source linux emulator running in the user mode. It emulates linux system calls on a source code layer. It can be used to port linux programs under Windows.
You recompile the source code of the linux app with the winlin code. Looks interesting :).
P.S. It's not mine. I'm not good enough at code to do something like this.
