when i first started thunderbird from my USB stick everything worked fine, i sent some messages and received some. then when i closed the program amd restarted it the inbox and sent box were empty.
am i doing somethiing wrong?

now it's okay, i don't know exactly what i did, but i reinstalled the program and instead of copying the settings from outlook express i made one account by hand and then i also saw the content of the messages (i didn't see them my first attempt)
then i copied the settings from 2 other accounts and now it works fine.
