I would like to have the latest Firefox Portable launcher, but don't want to download the full install.
The reason for this is that I'm updating my localizated version for a long time now and don't want to lose all the stuff I've done to it so far.
There is a way to download only the exec file? (FirefoxPortable.exe)

Backup Your localized version first, then..
- You have to download the whole package, unpack it to Your desktop and copy over only the launcher, or
-install the full version over Your old one-setting will be kept-
and install locale switcher and new langpack like described here (and this is , what I recommend)

Actually, I can't download anything with the word "download" at the URL, since I only have web access at work lately...

it´s not a mass download, sometimes talking to someone of the IT department can help. At least it´s much safer than using an internet cafe.
