Account Settings broken after update?

I tried updating my Portable Thunderbird from Version 1.5.0.14 to the version 2.0.0.12. But after the update thunderbird didnt show me any emails or folders. I only get the symbols at the top. Account Settings are always there but i didnt see anything.
Any ideas what is broken there?
I tried it several times but always the same problem.

Updates

Support for 1.5 ended 5 months ago... so I don't know if the current 2.0.0.12 supports upgrading 1.5 profiles or not. I think you're supposed to upgrade to the last 1.5 and then upgrade to 2.0 before continuing.
