Is there any way to add a custom application to the launcher menu? Just as like a shortcut or something. I want to add a few single EXE programs to the menu for convenience reasons. Thanks.

Just put them under a folder under PortableApps. It's in the FAQ. Next time, you can try the very useful search feature up there.

Just take the folder with your app, and drag it into the applications section. This has been covered many times. Another solution, is to make the apps portable with the portableapps creator. Also, if you have a program with multiple EXE's, or just want to add an exe file from your documents, use the R30 menu mod. (I use it)
