RegCool (beta 1 launcher)

Application: RegCoolCategory: System/Registry EditorDescription: RegCool is an advanced tool for viewing and
changing the system registry.

Notes:
Windows stores its configuration information in a database (the registry) that is organized in a tree format. Although RegCool enables you to inspect and modify the registry, normally you do not need to do so, and making incorrect changes can break your system. You should not edit your registry unless it is absolutely necessary. An advanced user who is prepared to both edit and restore the registry can safely use Registry Editor for such tasks as eliminating duplicate entries or deleting entries for programs that have been uninstalled or deleted.

You should always backup registry before making any changes.

RegCool displays the registry database in a manner similar to file
display in Windows Explorer. Folders represent keys in the registry and are shown in the left side window. Each key may have several sub keys. The registry construction is hierarchical and organized in a tree format. Each key or sub-key may have several entries. The keys are shown in the left window and corresponding parameters or values are displayed in the right window. When you click on a key, the parameters and values are displayed on the right side.

After you download this launcher place it in the appropriate folder (ie. X:\PortableApps\RegCoolPortable) and then execute it. It will prompt you for the location of the regcool on your pc from where it will copy necessary files, and your ready to go.
