There was an update going in my pendrive but after several minutes nothing
happened, after cancelling the application I can not open the sunbird
planner anymore.
Could anyone help me with this problem?

First, check the drive for errors... as you should always do when something unexpected happens.
Second, reinstall Sunbird Portable using a fresh download. You install it right over the existing one. It won't touch any of your data.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
